What is the Work and Study program?
Work and Study programs are programs where you can work part-time or full time while studying. In short, thanks to this program, you can work at the same time as you attend a language school to learn English and help your economy.
What are the Work and Study Conditions, Who can participate?
For the work and study program, it is required to be enrolled in the English program for at least 25 weeks.
No language level is required.
Since it is mostly a program for young people, new graduates between the ages of 21-30 and those who need to learn English and who can afford their education and living costs can apply.
The program does not have a specific start period. Students can start their education any Monday during the year.
Work permits begin as soon as he/she starts going to school. A work permit is 20 hours per week (part-time), and 40 hours (full time) per week is granted during the summer period May-June-July-August and winter period December-January during their own holiday periods.

Students sponsored by a school may legally work part-time during their studies after obtaining permission from the Ministry of Labor under the UAE Labor Law. The Work and Study program for non-EU students consists of 25 weeks of training over an 8-month academic period. The program can consist of 15 or more class hours per week. To qualify, you must be a citizen of a non-EU country and be over 18 years old. At the end of the 25 weeks of study, students must take an internationally recognized exam such as IELTS, Cambridge FCE or CAE.
Foreign students participating in the Work and Study program can work up to 20 hours per week during their education and up to 40 hours per week during certain holiday periods.

Malta

Participating in the Work and Study program in Malta, a multinational country, will provide foreign students who want to work while studying, to choose from many sectors.
Foreign students coming to Malta for the first time for a minimum 3-month program can only apply for a Work and Study Visa since they can work from the 90th day (3 months). The student must first find a job (on his own), then he can apply for a work permit issued during the validity period of the visa. The license will include the start and end date of the job, the name of the employee, the job status and the name of the employer. The license is valid only for the business and company for which it was issued.
